Jackie Weisbein, DO

Dr. Weisbein is a compassionate and highly skilled physician specializing in innovative pain management. She treats a range of conditions—including back and neck pain, sciatica, fibromyalgia, and neuropathy—using advanced therapies and leading technologies from Abbott, Medtronic, Biotronik, and SI-Bone.

A graduate of the University of Miami and Nova Southeastern University, Dr. Weisbein completed her residency as chief resident at SUNY Downstate and pursued fellowship training at Virginia Commonwealth University. She remains a respected voice in interventional medicine, teaching and attending seminars worldwide.

Known for her warmth and attentiveness, Dr. Weisbein takes the time to truly understand each patient’s experience with pain. She designs personalized treatment plans with the goal of restoring comfort, mobility, and quality of life.

Ryan Hill-Falkenthal, PA-C

Ryan is a compassionate and highly skilled Physician Assistant with a background in trauma, spine, and a focused practice in pain management. A former Hospital Corpsman in the U.S. Navy, he brings a disciplined, patient-first approach to every interaction.

Ryan earned his Doctorate in Medical Science from the University of Lynchburg and completed his PA training at D’Youville College. He is committed to helping patients regain comfort and function through evidence-based, personalized care. Outside the clinic, Ryan enjoys staying active, watching sports, and spending time with his dogs.

Sarah Porter, MA

Kim Bellows, PA-C

Kim is a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant who works closely with Dr. Weisbein to provide attentive, personalized care to patients. With over 25 years of experience in pain management, family medicine, and military medicine, she brings both clinical expertise and a deeply empathetic approach to her work.

A California native and graduate of the USC School of Medicine’s Physician Assistant program, Kim is committed to helping patients navigate both acute and chronic pain with thoughtful, respectful care. Outside the clinic, she enjoys the beauty of Northern California, staying active through cycling, hiking, and yoga, and spending quality time with her family.

Sarah is a dedicated Medical Assistant who has supported Dr. Weisbein and her patients with compassion and care for the past five years. She takes pride in being part of a team that prioritizes attentive, high-quality patient care every step of the way.

Born and raised in the Bay Area, Sarah is a proud wife and mom to her daughter, Gianna. Outside of work, she enjoys swimming and spending time with friends.

Annabel Slovek, PA-C

Annabel is a compassionate Nurse Practitioner with a focused practice in pain management and a strong background in emergency and trauma care. Since 2019, she has supported patients with complex and chronic pain through attentive, evidence-based treatment.

She earned both her BSN and MSN in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care from Grand Canyon University, building on her nursing foundation from Scottsdale Community College. Known for her calm presence and clinical expertise, Annabel is dedicated to helping patients find relief and restore quality of life. Outside the clinic, she enjoys CrossFit and spending time with her two spirited Labrador retrievers.
